I grew up playing Jr. tennis in Atlanta and continued on to play on scholarship on the University of Georgia Women’s Tennis Team. I continued playing competitive tennis and Platform tennis for “decades” before finding Pickleball. I entered my 1st Pickleball tournament 6 years ago and haven't touched a tennis racket since. I compete in PB tournaments all over the country and have won many medals in both Mixed and Women’s Doubles. I've dedicated my career to tennis, with six years spent coaching high school boys' and girls' teams at various local schools. I then moved on to coach for 20 years at Gwynedd Mercy College, where I led men's and women's teams for 13 years and exclusively the women's team for 20 years. Under my guidance, we won 13 conference championships and qualified for the NCAA playoff tournament 13 times. I'm proud to have been named Coach of the Year 11 times and received three major USTA awards. I hold the sixth-highest winning percentage among all Division III coaches on the ITA all-time list.
