Ron is formerly ranked #1 singles and doubles in Pittsburgh &Middles States. He graduated from Mt. Lebanon H.S. in 1986 & WVU in 1992 with a Sports Management degree. I've been deeply involved in the Pittsburgh golf community, having been a member of several prestigious country clubs and achieving multiple awards and tournament victories. As a three-time club champion at different clubs and a former coach at Oakland Catholic High School, I've had the privilege of teaching and mentoring golfers over the years. For the past five years, I've offered personalized lessons at Cool Springs, Practice Tee, and Vietmeier's Golf Centre, utilizing these sites to enhance players' skills and enjoyment of the game.

I bring an extensive racket/paddle background to the Instructor Team at TeachMeTo. I grew up playing Jr. tennis in Atlanta and continued on to play on scholarship on the University of Georgia Women’s Tennis Team. I continued playing competitive tennis and Platform tennis for “decades” before finding Pickleball. I entered my 1st Pickleball tournament 6 years ago and haven't touched a tennis racket since. I compete in PB tournaments all over the country and have won many medals in both Mixed and Women’s Doubles. I am a Level 2 IPTPA as well as PPR instructor and love to help others achieve their Pickleball goals – whether that means just enjoying rec play, or competing in tournaments.

Meet Jim, a Tennis Coach in Harmony, Pennsylvania.

I've dedicated my career to tennis, with six years spent coaching high school boys' and girls' teams at various local schools. I then moved on to coach for 20 years at Gwynedd Mercy College, where I led men's and women's teams for 13 years and exclusively the women's team for 20 years. Under my guidance, we won 13 conference championships and qualified for the NCAA playoff tournament 13 times. I'm proud to have been named Coach of the Year 11 times and received three major USTA awards. I hold the sixth-highest winning percentage among all Division III coaches on the ITA all-time list.
